Information Collection, Use and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the personal, demographic information collected on this site. We only have access to information that you voluntarily give us via the subscription form or provide to us directly via phone/email. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to customize the grief support messages you receive this year. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization.

Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. Subscription & Payment Data
In order to receive customized grief support from Grief.Coach, our subscribers must complete the registration form. You are required to provide your name, the name of the deceased, and your mobile number. This information is used to send you grief support content to your mobile phone. At your option, you may choose to provide additional demographic information such as your gender, the cause of death of the deceased, the date of death and more. This additional information helps us to tailor the support we provide, but is not required. You can (and should) provide only the additional demographic data you are comfortable providing.
To purchase a Grief.Coach subscription you must provide financial information (credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to process your subscription request. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.
We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.
We share aggregated, anonymized demographic information with content partners and grief organizations who are interested in providing support to our subscribers. This is not linked to any personal information that can identify any individual person.
