Grief Coach's new partnership with GiveInKind

A few weeks ago I met Laura Malcolm for a coffee in Capitol Hill.

Laura is the founder of GiveInKind, a company that makes it easy for people to coordinate schedules, create wishlists, and even pull funds together, when someone they care about needs a little extra help. GiveInKind sites are a lovely way for friends and family to support someone who is grieving.

As you can imagine, we hit it off, and quickly carved out a partnership that I'm really excited about. GiveInKind users can now purchase discounted Grief Coach subscriptions for themselves, and for the people they're supporting. I'm so happy that Laura sees Grief Coach subscriptions as powerful sympathy gifts. Educating ourselves, so that we can stay by the side of our grieving people and get tips and reminders for how to help them, is a pretty awesome way to show them that we care.

If you'd like to see Laura in action, she's a finalist in this year's Ready, Set, Raise Demo Night, hosted by the Female Founder's Alliance. I'll be there on October 17th to cheer her on. Here's how you can learn more about the event. It was a lot of fun last year, and inspiring too.
